Solaris Wines was formed in 2019 with an ethos of trying to source and supply ‘different’ wines into the UK. Working with mostly small producers, we seek authenticity, points of difference and a clear quality/value relationship in the products we select. To date this has taken us to producers in Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Slovenia and Romania. We constantly continue to look for new partners and fully expect our portfolio to develop further as we find new opportunities to launch on our clients. Indeed this quest has taken us into the world of GIN and we have recently commenced working with the BROKEN BONES distillery in Slovenia and latterly BEER from a super brewery in Piedmont, Italy. We intend to continue try to provide ‘different’ and ensure that our portfolio will discover more opportunities for our clients to explore and enjoy.
