Aged for 20 months in new French oak barrels, this great wine is very well balanced with an intense cherry red colour with faint violet notes. On the nose it is very subtle with ripe fruit aromas plus vanilla and cinnamon and tempting coffee notes. It is complex and powerful on the palate with very well balanced acidity and a long finish and fine and smooth tannins redolent of a well aged wine.
