Wine produced from the external terraces of clone R3. Strong ripe grapes, grape tips cut off in early August (beginning of coloring). 10 days of classical maceration with double delestag. Aged 16 months in a new French barrique barrel Vicard and Cadus. Controlled malolactic acid fermentation and 12 months of active mixing.
The wine is a deep ruby red color with a slight purple tinge. Present ripe aromas of forest fruits, prunes, jam and some smoke. Suitable for immediate consumption and aging for 3-5 years.
Recommended for all types of meat, venison and spicy dishes. Especially in good company as a standalone wine after lunch.
