Pignoletto is the white wine of Bologna and so it was also the white wine for our wedding – Crisp, clean, delicate and well balanced. This grape produces a fantastic glass of white. Flavours of apples, a hint of tropical fruit and undertones of lush green grass – a wine that is both light yet with a great depth of character.
