2024 Dr Crusius Riesling Trocken VDP Gutswein (DRY): 11.9% vol: Residual Sugar 3.7 g/l: acidity 7.4 g/l.

This VDP. Gutswein represents the entry level of the VDP quality pyramid. As such, it serves as the calling card of the winery. This wine comes from the estate’s own vineyards and, of course, meets the strict VDP criteria.

In terms of taste, this Riesling presents itself as a relaxed drinking pleasure, combining the classic minerality of the porphyry soil with the fruitiness of citrus and peach aromas.
As an everyday wine, it pairs excellently with a light pasta dish or can simply be enjoyed on its own on the terrace.
