Description

The vineyards of Bad Münster face south and are set in a spectacular location at the foot of the volcanic cliff face. It thus enjoys the advantages of a special microclimate. The weathered volcanic soil is extremely rich in minerals and regularly produces wines noted for being especially aromatic.

The mineral aromas paired with the fine acidity make this Kabinett to the perfect companion for food. Especially spicy Asian dishes go well with the greatly balanced sweetness.
