Our Sauvignon Blanc! An experiment: Planting Sauvignon vines on our highest vineyards here in Auen! We love it! The cool aromas on our barren soils are wonderfully evident in Sauvignon Blanc. The aroma shows pronounced exotic fruits with mineral notes. Great integrated acidity with decently melting wood!
